Summary:

Goodmark Medical (GM) is seeking an experienced clinical field representative for the state of Kentucky. Responsibilities are to expand and support client utilization of company’s product/services, provide technical support, provide training for our customers to generate rapid staff adoption, and to maximize Smart Bed subscriptions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account support:
Develop and provide effective customer support and training plans to establish consistent staff adoption.

  • Includes onsite support, web-portal management, and telephone support
  • Participate in installations, adoption and training
  • Maintain connectivity of devices and mats

Provide Solution enhancement ideas based on user needs Sales support:

  • Plan and participate in sales and service training
  • Work with existing clients to maximize potential subscriptions
  • Provide webinars for sales, support and service
  • Onsite presentations for potential customers Technical Support
  • Provide daily technical support
  • Be the Liaison between customer sites, corporate offices, and Goodmark Medical home office

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years as Healthcare Customer Sales and Service leader with strength in the following areas:

  • Extensive Long Term Care background
  • Business to Business training, adoption, planning, and execution of Wound Care background
  • Healthcare Technology products and services of Healthcare channels
  • Demonstrated technical service support, remote and onsite
  • Demonstrated account management and people skills
  • Clinical background
